Sourcing and private synthesis
We source and commission. We resell qualified material, and we organise private synthesis for compounds that catalogue houses do not run.
The supply chain is built for established compounds at volume. Demand is moving toward novel and niche compounds, and the supply side has not followed.
A novel compound has no proven route, no reference standard and no supplier who has made it before. It needs a different pathway: a route chosen for that molecule, building blocks verified before synthesis, and analytics that confirm structure and content, not only a purity number.
Qualified material
We resell niche and novel compounds only from suppliers that have passed our evaluation, and each batch comes with its data attached.
Private synthesis
Very niche small molecules and cyclic peptides that catalogue houses do not run are made by private synthesis. We place each project with a supplier matched to the route, to a higher standard than the market offers.
The right building block
The wrong building block gives a different compound, and a different compound can still be 99% pure. We specify every compound against its written-out name, not an abbreviation, and ask every candidate which building block they would order before anything is made. Structure is then confirmed by NMR where it is in question.
The rest of the chain
Fill and finish, lyophilisation and packaging come from specialist partners, not from in-house.

Niche peptides and small molecules, including cyclic peptides, that standard catalogues do not make well.
Synthesis of a compound that catalogue houses do not run, placed with a supplier chosen for that molecule’s route and made to a defined standard.
From the molecule: solid phase, solution phase or a hybrid of the two. The patent and the primary paper come first, then the suppliers who can explain the route.
Yes. Every batch is tested by an independent laboratory, and the results come with the batch.
