From first contact to a working loop.
Step 1: First contact
Tell us what you make, measure or research. We reply with our requirements and, if there is a fit, set up a call.
Step 2: Qualification
We review documentation, quality processes and capabilities before any work starts.
Step 3: Samples and measurement
Samples go to an independent laboratory for HPLC and endotoxin testing. The results are the first data of the partnership.
Step 4: First project
Specifications, scope and responsibilities are agreed in writing. Then the first batch is made.
Step 5: Ongoing work
Every following batch is measured again. Results go into our structured records, the data we are building our models on.
