Verified production

We do not take a batch on trust. Partners make the peptides. An independent laboratory measures every batch, and every result becomes part of our data.

Independent means that the laboratory measuring the material is not the one that made it. That separation turns a statement into a measurement that can be checked.

For us, a measurement is more than pass or fail. Kept as structured data, it shows how a peptide and a process behave over time, and it is what our models are meant to learn from.

A network of specialists

Production runs through partners: manufacturers for peptide synthesis and independent laboratories for analytics, and we are building a network for fill and finish and lyophilisation. Each partner covers one step, and together they form the production side of our loop.

What we measure

HPLC separates a sample into its components and shows how much of it is the intended peptide. Endotoxin testing looks for lipopolysaccharides from bacteria, which can disturb cell-based experiments even in tiny amounts. Both are measured for every batch.

Schematic chromatogram. The highlighted main peak is the target peptide, smaller peaks are related impurities. Purity is the share of the main peak in the total signal. Illustration without real values.

From measurement to data

Analytical reports arrive as documents in different formats. We are building tools that turn every result into a structured record, so batches can be compared with each other and with the designs they came from.

An independent analytical laboratory that is separate from the partner who made the batch.

Yes. Every batch is measured on its own, and every result is recorded as data.

Endotoxins can trigger strong responses in cell-based experiments even at very low levels and distort results. Measuring them protects the reliability of the data.

HPLC shows how much of a sample is the main component. On its own it does not show which molecule that component is, and it does not detect endotoxins. That is why it is never the only measurement.

Yes. We are looking for partners in synthesis, fill and finish, lyophilisation, analytics and packaging. Our partnerships page explains how to get in touch.
