Made to your specification. You define the peptide, a qualified synthesis partner makes it, and an independent laboratory tests every batch against the specification.
A peptide is defined by more than its sequence. Length, substitutions, cyclisation, terminal groups and other modifications all matter, and so do the quantity and the tests the material has to pass. All of this goes into one written specification before anything is made.
We work with companies and laboratories and coordinate each step, from the written specification to the documented batch.
How a project runs
It starts with your request: a sequence, any modifications, the quantity you need and the analyses the batch has to pass. Together we turn it into a written specification. A qualified synthesis partner then makes the peptide to that specification.
Qualified partners
Synthesis runs through partners who specialise in it. Before any work starts, we review their documentation, quality processes and capabilities. Each partner covers the step it does best.
Every batch tested
Every batch is tested by an independent laboratory: HPLC for purity, mass spectrometry for identity and a test for endotoxins. The results are documented for that batch in a certificate of analysis and a batch record.
